  1. Roll and Pledge of Allegiance


  1. Public Comments.


  1. Approval of Minutes from August 2, 2018 Plan Commission Meeting.


  1. Review Wayne and Rebecca Lutz request for proposed lot split of property located at 8524 Lutz Lane. The request is to create a 19.15 acre parcel with remaining acreage of 18.80 acres.


  1. Review Dale and Ruth Lutz, and Don and Charlotte Lutz request for proposed lot split of property located at 3850 Ivy Lane. Their intent is to subdivide the cottage and maintenance building from the property. The current zoning is a mix of A3 Low Density Agricultural, A4 General Agricultural, RL Rural Limited and Conservancy. The Lutzs are seeking a rezoning to the A4 zoning district because it allows for the creation of a smaller lot (2 acres).


  1. Discuss repurposing of Agricultural buildings.


  1. Upcoming agenda items, correspondence.


  1. Set time, date and agenda for the next meeting.


  1. Adjourn.

Meeting notice has been published on the Town of Amherst website and posted in the International Bank, Amherst Family Foods and on the Town Hall Bulletin Board located outside the building.
