CALL TO ORDER: At 6:30 p.m.
PLEGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
ROLL CALL: Supervisor Trzebiatowski, Supervisor Lutz, Treasurer Bacon, Clerk Lea, Plan Commission Chairperson Chris Kadow, Paige Ward and Lori Wetzel.
Chairman Spierings was not present.
APPROVAL OF AUGUST 10, 2017 MINUTES: M/S Trzebiatowski/Lutz to accept August 10, 2017 minutes as read. M/C. Ayes = 2
PUBLIC INPUT: Chris Kadow has requested "Slow" signs on curve on Elkins Road. Kadow has even offered to pay for the sign. This request will be put on October agenda.
OPERATOR LICENSE FOR TOMORROW RIVER BP EMPLOYEES: LORI WETZEL AND PAIGE WARD: M/S Trzebiatowski/Lutz to approve Lori Wetzel and Paige Ward as operators for Tomorrow River BP. M/C Ayes = 2.
LIQUOR/OPERATOR LICENSE FOR AMHERST FIRE DISTRICT:M/S Trzebiatowski/Lutz to approve a temporary liquor license to the Amherst Fire District for AFD Sportsman Banquet and an Operator License for Kris Prideau. M/C. Ayes = 2.
GROUNDWATER REPORT: No report given. There was a groundwater committee meeting held at the same time.
PLAN COMMISSION REPORT: Plan Commission Chair, Chris Kadow was present to give report. Kadow presented a draft ordinance for motorboat regulation for Ebert Lake. Kadow noted suggested rules. It was also suggested that No Parking Signs be placed on both sides of the road near Ebert Lake since there is no legally safe place to park alongside the road. Much discussion took place.
LAKE EBERT ORDINANCE: M/S Trzebiatowski/Lutz to approve the draft ordinance named Ordinance Regulating Motorboat Prohibition on Ebert Lake and forward the ordinance to the DNR for their approval. M/C Ayes = 2
BACK BUILDING ON ADJACENT PROPERTY: The back building on town property located on 9527 Main Street is not worth saving. This building was not originally included with demolition fee. The town received a verbal bid from JR Dirt Works for an additional $2,750.00 to demo the building. M/S Trzebiatowski/Lutz to approve the additional $2,750 for demolition of south building by JR Dirt Works. M/C. Ayes = 2

ROAD REPORT: 1.) Railings/safety barricades are done on Edgewater Dr. 2.) Diamond Flail - Riesterer & Schnell is the only place in WI that sells Diamond Flails. Dick will call a place in Michigan. This will be tabled to next meeting. 3.) The motor on the mower is leaking oil. Seals are on back order. 4.) Done shouldering on High Corners - the town widened the road. 5.) Mud hole was filled on Toftum Road. 6.) Railing needs to be done on Lime Lake Rd.
NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING - LIME LAKE BOAT LANDING RD: Over Labor Day weekend, somebody was camping on part of town property on Boat Landing at Lime Lake. Chairman Spierings had asked the person to leave. A No Overnight Camping sign has been ordered.
LRIP MONEY FOR ISAACSON ROAD - 1154 FT: A bid was given by B & B Paving to pulverize and put cislar gravel on 1154 ft. of Isaacson Road. The town is waiting on a bid from American Asphalt. Supervisor Trzebiatowski stated that we need to make sure that the town does not sell ourselves short of the LRIP money that was granted to the town. Table to next month.

TOWN HALL REPORT: None
FIRE AND SAFETY REPORT: None
TREASURER’S REPORT: Report was read by Treasurer Bacon. Balance total is $222,370.80. Fire Truck Loan is $70,643.21 and Municipal Road Loan is $61,650.87. Discussion took place on paying higher interest loan with new loan that is lower interest.
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Reviewed.
BUDGET REPORT: Reviewed. Next month meeting the town needs to transfer money to Public Works.
BUILDING INSPECTION, ZONING PERMIT REPORTS: Reviewed.
