APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 12, 2017 MONTHLY MINUTES: M/S by Trzebiatowski/Lutz to approve the October 12, 2017 minutes. M/C Ayes = 3
PUBLIC INPUT:1.) None
OPERATOR LICENSE FOR STACI SUCHOWSKI - TR BP EMPLOYEE: Application was reviewed. M/S Trzebiatowski/Lutz to approve operator license for TR BP employee Staci Suchowski. M/C. Ayes = 3
LINDA DEAN/TOWN OF AMHERST AGREEMENT ON PROPERTY AT LIME LAKE BOAT LANDING ROAD: Adjoining land owner of Boat Landing Road, Linda Dean wrote up an agreement asking that the Town of Amherst shall never acquire the lands under the asphalt of Boat Landing Road that belongs to the Linda M. Dean Trust and allows the Town of Amherst to lease the land for the sum of one dollar per year. If the Town of Amherst decides to terminate the lease, the Town will have to remove the asphalt on the land. Chairman Spierings would like to take the agreement to a town attorney to look the agreement over. Tabled until December meeting.
GROUNDWATER REPORT: The Town’s representatives to the Citizens Groundwater Committee was not present to give a report.
PLAN COMMISSION REPORT: 1.) No report to give. There was no Plan Commission meeting in November.
ADOPTION OF 2018 BUDGET: The town board reviewed the Proposed 2018 Budget along with the 2017 Annual Budget. M/S by Lutz/Trzebiatowski to adopt the 2018 Proposed Budget. M/C.
REFUSAL OF PAYMENT FOR THE 2017 STORM DAMAGE: The Town of Amherst was $800 short of receiving funds for the 2017 storm damage.

ROAD REPORT: 1.) Road replacement was done on Kelly Road by B & B Paving. 2.) No parking signs on Edgewater and Lime Lake Road are up. 3.) Signs are up on Elkins Road. 4.) Street signs will be put up next week in the Yellow Brick Road Subdivision. 5.) Salt and Sand is put in shed for winter. Ratio: 7 to 1. 6.) Isaacson Road project is changed from 1,154 feet to 2,204 feet for an estimate of $80,500. The change had to be done to fit criteria in order to receive grant money.
BUILDING INSPECTION,ZONING PERMIT REPORT: Reviewed.
TOWN HALL REPORT: 1.) NONE
FIRE & SAFTEY REPORT: 1.) NONE
TREASURER’S REPORT: Treasurer Bacon read report. Balance is $311,906.42. Fire Truck Loan is $70,643.21(will be paid off next week with new loan), Municipal Road Loan = $61,650.87 and Property/Road Loan = $133,000.
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Reviewed
BUDGET REPORT: Reviewed
